Energize your Small Groups by Investing in Your Skills

Effective small groups don’t just happen. Groups led by a trained leader enable participants to experience deeper insight and more meaningful connections. Over two days of training, participants will learn about the foundations of group process and practice skills to deepen interactions. Join us for a training that combines theory and practice, enabling participants to create a safe space that allows for healing and transformation. This training is led by Dennis Del Valle.

Dennis Del-Valle M.A. Dennis has more than 15 years of experience with group process. He is passionate about groups and their ability to transform people’s lives. He is a specialist in process, group dynamics and experiential techniques. He facilitates groups around the country, training licensed and lay counselors as well as small group leaders. Small groups can be holy experiences where we see the body of Christ in its radiant beauty; or they can fall flat or even be major disasters.

Who should register? Anyone interested in learning skills to facilitate dynamic groups. Both beginners or experienced facilitators will learn new techniques and how to take their skills to the next level.

When & Where: Both days (9/9 and 9/23) will be held via Zoom and will run from 9am – 4pm PST with a lunch break.

Cost: Early Bird registration is $399. Fee increases to $450 on 9/1/2023.
