Dr. Randall Rheinheimer earned his Master’s Degree in Marriage, Family, Child Counseling at Biola University, in La Mirada, CA in 1981. He Earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from California Graduate Institute of Los Angeles, CA. in 1997.

Dr. Rheinheimer has been in private psychotherapy practice for over 25 years and has been a facilitator for Ultimate Leadership, One Week Intensive for Counselors and Empower Now from inception to present. He has worked as Primary in-patient therapist for individual and groups with Minirth-Mierer West in Santa Ana, CA., was a Staff Therapist with T&G Communications, and was a member of the faculty at Trinity College of Graduate Studies for many years teaching Psychodynamics, beginning treatment skills, and dream interpretation.

Dr. Rheinheimer is an adjunct professor at Concordia University’s Townsend Institute in Irvine, California.

He is a Growth365 Coach, facilitating ongoing growth groups for workshop attendees after the workshop.  He continues to present Cloud-Townsend Small Group material at various local Churches.

He is also a valued member of the GrowthSkills Board of Trustees.
