Mike Brock is the Executive Director of Ho'ohui. He consults non-profits and churches on healthy teams, city transformation, and systems. He is an influential leader known for his strong commitment to inspiring life and community transformation in the areas of social justice and faith. As an executive leader he loves to see organizations develop healthy teams and environments that allow people to thrive.  With 15 years of non profit managment experience he believes strong operational structure, fiscal responsibility, innovation, and scaling at the right time are keys to growing successful organizations. Mike is also passionate about  systems entrepreneurship he  encourages leaders to engage in robust solutions for their cities most pressing issues through collaboration and systems thinking. On most days you will find Mike innovating systemic change models, helping organizations to quantify their outcomes and scaling their operations. His experience has led him to work with government, business, education, church, and non profits leaders. Mike, Ashley and their three children, Crew, Olive, and Pippa reside on the island of Oahu.
